Calendar.lt brings Lithuanian public holidays, name days and working days to your iPhone and iPad. Everything works offline.

What’s in the app
Holidays and observances
- Every public holiday in red (Labour Code, Art. 123), each with a description.
- Observances – state, traditional, religious and other – in one place, shown with a single switch.
- Long weekends and the next holiday with a countdown.
Name days
- Four name-day calendars – Lithuanian, English, Polish and Russian – use one or several.
- Names by date and from A to Z, favourite names with a reminder on the day.
Working days
- Working-days calculator for any period: working days and hours, weekend days, a 5- or 6-day week.
- Annual working-time calendar: official figures approved by the Ministry of Social Security and Labour for 2023–2026, other years calculated from the rules in force.
Sun, moon and day facts
- Sunrise, sunset and day length, the phase of the moon.
- Week and day-of-year numbers, zodiac sign, a quote for the day.
Widgets
- “Today” – the date, holiday and name days on the Home Screen, the Lock Screen, in StandBy and in CarPlay.
- “Month” – a month grid with the red days; flip through months right in the widget.
- “Next Holiday” – how many days are left until a day off.
Reminders
- A morning notification with the day’s holidays and name days at the time you choose.
- Reminders the evening before: a day off, a shortened workday, a favourite name day, a long weekend, the clock change.
- Every notification is created on your device – no server involved.

Privacy
No account, no tracking, no ads. The app works offline. Its only network connection is an optional weekly request to calendar.lt that checks whether the official list of public holidays has changed. You can turn it off in Settings › Data.
Data by calendar.lt. The name-day calendar is calendar.lt’s editorial set, not an official calendar. The working day before a public holiday is one hour shorter (Labour Code, Art. 112(6)).
